0. Exclusive Content Responsibility — IMPORTANT NOTICE

THE CONTENT OF EACH SECRET IS THE EXCLUSIVE AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CREATOR WHO STORES IT AND OF ANY PERSON WHO ACCESSES, VISITS, OR READS SUCH SECRET. ENIGMACRYPT AND ITS OPERATORS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO DECRYPTED CONTENT OR KEYS; THEREFORE, WE ARE IN NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH CONTENT.

Whoever creates a secret is solely responsible for its content and for complying with the law. Whoever visits a link and accesses a secret is solely responsible for their use of the content. We only provide encrypted technical infrastructure; we do not review, endorse, or assume responsibility for content that users store or share. This exclusive responsibility of the creator and the visitor applies without exception and to the fullest extent permitted by law.

BY USING ENIGMACRYPT, YOU ACCEPT THAT ALL CONTENT IS THE EXCLUSIVE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CREATOR AND THE VISITOR. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE CONTENT OF SECRETS.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EnigmaCrypt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

EnigmaCrypt provides a secure vault for storing and sharing encrypted secrets. The service uses client-side AES-256 encryption. All content is the exclusive responsibility of the creator and of anyone who accesses it; we do not have access to decrypted content or keys. You are also responsible for:

  • Keeping your unlock passwords safe — we cannot recover them
  • Using the service for legal purposes only
  • Not sharing secrets that violate laws or third-party rights

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use EnigmaCrypt to:

  • Store or share illegal content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. No Warranty

EnigmaCrypt is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we implement strong encryption practices, we do not guarantee that the service is error-free or invulnerable. Use at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnigmaCrypt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We are not liable for any content stored or shared through the service; such content is the exclusive responsibility of the creator and of any person who accesses it, as stated in section 0.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
